Hoppy Easter | April 2011

Busy Busy! So much for getting back into a consistent routine of blog posts. Haha! Let's see, Easter Weekend. It was fun, and fairly decent weather. The girls were really excited and anxious to decorate eggs. We went bowling, spent time at the arcade, road the Easter Bunny train and stickered colored eggs.

We went to see the Easter Bunny, but waiting until the last day was not a good idea. With more than 150 people in line, we had to forgo the Bunny for the first time in 5 years. It was sad for me, especially since Alexander didn't get to sit with him on his first Easter. Next year, I will be more proactive. LOL!

Spring May Have Sprung, Finally

This isn't the next Milestones post that I have been promising to do. ;) It's nothing short of Random.

Spring has been touch and go for awhile now, but as I sit here the storms have come. It's lovely to hear the thunder, see the lightning and smell the rain. I always sleep better when the sky is falling. :)

So while the wind and rain tap at my windows and the house goes quiet for the evening, I'm going to enjoy the storms that have brought Spring. You can enjoy some of today's delightful captures from our venture out.
