Get Your Frozen On!

Partnering up with MyBlogSpark has brought so many wonderful and yummy opportunities my way this Summer. Recently, Yoplait gave me another great chance to review more of their fantastic product.

The girls have really started diving into yogurt, primarily because of all of the cool commercials these days. Every time we are in the store, they want yogurt of some kind. And since I gave birth to Alexander 3 weeks ago, yogurt has been my staple of surviving my lack of hunger.

You have all heard my stories before, here with the Greek, the Yoplait Kids, and the YoPlus. If you haven't guessed, we are fans of Yoplait and all they have to offer. This time, we were given the chance to try Yoplait Whips. I always go for the Original, Daddy goes for the Whips and the girls gravitate toward the Light for their funky flavors.

Yoplait Whips! yogurt is currently available in nine delectable flavors - Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Raspberry, Key Lime Pie, Lemon Burst, Orange Créme, Peaches `N Cream, Raspberry Mousse, Strawberry Mist, and Vanilla Créme.

This time we got to have a little bit more fun though, and here's how. After spending more than enough time picking out flavors, we rushed home and made these!!!

Yoplait Yogurt/Giveaway!!
*Note, the popsicle mold does contain 4 cone molds. One was being eaten at the time of this photo! LOL!!

I know!! Are they not the coolest popsicles you've ever seen? Yoplait and MyBlogSpark sent this mold in my prize pack to use with Yoplait yogurts. Frozen Yogurt Fun!!!

Updated: To use the molds, you simply pour your favorite flavor of yogurt in the clear "ice cream" part of the mold, snap the cone handle on and pop in the freezer. When the yogurt is frozen (about 4 hours), you remove the entire mold from the blue tray, and gently remove the clear top, using the cone part as the handle. Then enjoy!

Want to win your very own popsicle mold, a VIP coupon for a free sample of Yoplait Whips! and a canvas cooler bag?? Here's how:

Drop by and say HI!! Leave me a comment saying hello. I've been so busy and quiet in the blogging world. Let me know your still here. LOL!

To gain a second entry, leave an additional comment telling me what flavor of Yoplait Whips! you'd like to try.

This giveaway will run thru Friday September 3rd. I will use Random.org to choose a winner Saturday morning.

Ready For Some Football!

08/22/201008/22/2010

Attempting family photos was a real treat today. LOL! It seems there was always one person who wasn't prepared. I think we made out with a few good shots though, but we will try again in a few weeks as well.

Alexander will be 2 weeks old tmrw! There's no way that should be possible, but alas, time continues to fly by. Good thoughts and special vibes would be appreciated for tmrw as Alexander has a doc appointment. Fingers crossed that he's gained some weight. :)

In the meantime, enjoy these super special newborn shots of our handsome little man, already making his Daddy proud by sporting the green of a true Jets fan. :)

My Adorable Little Alexander

While things haven't been chaotic, like I anticipated with three littles, things have still been slightly busier than usual. The girls have adjusted very well to having a little brother. There has not been any aggression or jealousy to speak of and they are more than willing to help with Alexander.

Alexander is also adjusting fairly well. We've run into the same issues with him as we did with the girls. Before we even left the hospital, he was diagnosed with a Protein Allergy. Simply put, he's allergic to anything dairy. A new formula was introduced and he seems to be tolerating it well. In addition to the Protein Allergy, reflux has been an issue. Alexander began taking Zantac and he's improved significantly with that. Almost no spit up at all.

Both the Protein Allergy and the reflux are familiar ground for us. The one thing that is not, is weight loss. Alexander has yet to gain any weight, and in fact, continues to lose weight. I am well aware of weight loss for the first few days after birth, but Alexander dropped from his birth weight and has yet to gain anything back. Hopefully, sooner rather than later, he will start to gain. If not, the Pedi has some plan to put into action, but I didn't even ask what it was yet. haha!

I am recovering pretty well. It seems this C-section was a little bit easier than the rest, but as the days go by I am a little bit more sore than the day before. I hope this too resolves itself and I can cough and mop the floors. LOL!

Thanks to each and every one of you for the emails and calls, letters and gifts. We are so excited to be a family of five and are enjoying every bit of it. *hugs*

36 Hours To Go

I am counting down the hours now before my Handsome Husband and I are in the hospital and ready to deliver our third child, Alexander Henrik. I had PST on Friday and have been cleared for surgery on Monday.

It's finally here! I am excited and nervous. It seems like I have been counting down forever, yet I feel like I need more time to prepare.

Maternity

The girls are very excited and have been using a chain to count down the sleeps until Alexander arrives. I wonder what their reaction will be when they really do get to take home a baby that was really in Mommy's tummy? haha!

Thank you all for you kind words and support. I'll update as soon as I return home with as many adorable photos as I can manage.
