It's also time for a little update on the Gummy Bear, who now actually has a name. Yay!! Our little boy will be Alexander Henrik. We love the name, although it took us forever to make it official. We haven't shortened it yet, and the girls both refer to him as baby Alexander. We had a check up last Friday. Alexander seems to be growing very well, coming in at a little over a pound. We had another sonogram done to double check some profile features and of course, confirm gender for my Handsome Hubby. Hahaha! It is indeed still a boy! Alexander's heart rate was very low during this appointment, 142bpm, but still well within normal range.

Alexander will be making his entrance into the world on 08/09/10, via c-section. That is, if he stays put until then, which we think he will.

Our little Princesses are doing great as well. Spring and sunshine have them going non-stop most of the day. The weather has been cool enough to spend most of our days outside, it's been making for a great bedtime. We took them to the carnival this last weekend. It was Emmy's first carnival and Izzy's 2nd or 3rd I think. They both loved it! They got to ride a lot of rides, play a fishing game and have cotton candy. All in a days work. :)

Nourish Your Inner Goddess (Giveaway)

Yoplait and MyBlogSpark have teamed up and given me the opportunity to try out the new Yoplait Greek Yogurt.

"With 12 grams of protein -- twice that found in leading yogurts-- new Yoplait Greek nourishes from the inside out. Available in four delicious flavors, Strawberry, Blueberry, Honey Vanilla and Plain, the brand´s newest offering has a unique thick and creamy texture with the unmatched taste expected of Yoplait."

The girls and I are pretty big yogurt fans, but we've never tried the Greek variety. This weekend, I went and got the Strawberry and Blueberry flavors. I went for the fruity ones because that is what we tend to purchase for flavors, but I think the Honey would be great as well.

I tried it first and found the texture to be great! It's very smooth and thick. I tried the yogurt by itself first and then dipped into the Strawberry goodness at the bottom. Double yummy! Izzy tasted it but wasn't in the eating mood, hahaha! Emmy on the other hand took the whole cup from me and finished it off it in moments. My little taste tester. =)
